How do I cancel my recurring order?

To cancel your order, please email help@customeroptix.com stating that you wish to cancel, along with your full name and registered email address. We will send you a confirmation back within two business days. Please note that one-time orders are locked at the time you place them, and will be fulfilled with no refunds.
