Payment data

We do not store complete payment card numbers or card security codes outside of Stripe.

8. DO WE COLLECT INFORMATION FROM MINORS?

Opting out of marketing communications

You can unsubscribe from our marketing emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in the emails we send or by contacting us using the contact details below. You may also be able to opt out of SMS messages by replying "STOP" or "UNSUBSCRIBE" where SMS messaging is used.

After you opt out of marketing communications, we may still send non-marketing messages, such as service-related, transaction-related, account-related, or administrative communications.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors or service providers in support of services, such as customer service or messaging delivery, is permitted. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

Account information

If you would like to review, change, or terminate your account, you may contact us using the information provided below or use account settings where available.

Upon your request to terminate your account, we will deactivate or delete your account and information from our active databases, subject to our right to retain certain information where necessary to prevent fraud, troubleshoot problems, assist with investigations, enforce our legal terms, comply with legal requirements, or support legitimate business operations.

10. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature or setting you can activate to signal a preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage, no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this Privacy Notice.

California law requires us to let you know how we respond to browser DNT signals. Because there currently is not an industry or legal standard for recognizing or honoring DNT signals, we do not respond to them at this time.

Global Privacy Control

We recognize and honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals where required by applicable law. If you use a browser or extension that supports GPC, we will treat this as a valid request to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information or targeted advertising under applicable state privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA). California "Shine The Light" Law

California Civil Code Section 1798.83, also known as the "Shine The Light" law, permits California residents to request and obtain from us, once a year and free of charge, information about categories of personal information, if any, we disclosed to third parties for their direct marketing purposes and the names and addresses of all third parties with which we shared personal information in the immediately preceding calendar year.
